When you subscribe to our newsletter, we store and process your email address to send you information about show dates, ticket releases and merch drops (legal basis: consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). We use double opt-in: your subscription only becomes active once you confirm it via the link in our confirmation email. Dispatch is handled by a technical service provider acting as a data processor.

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by emailing office@latschenwirt.at; your data will then be deleted from the newsletter list.

Contact enquiries

When you contact us by email (e.g. VIP table, sponsoring, press), we process the transmitted data to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Ticket shop (external provider)

Ticket sales are handled by the external provider stagedates (stgdts.com). Clicking a ticket button redirects you to their website. The provider is responsible for data processing there; their privacy policy applies.

Hosting & server log files

When you visit this website, connection data (IP address, date/time, browser type) is technically stored in server log files. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Cookies & tracking

This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tools. Videos and images are hosted locally and are not embedded from third-party services.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact us at office@latschenwirt.at.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
